1. How much do you charge for shipping?

• We charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 100 for all our products.

3. Can I cancel my order?

• You can cancel your order by sending a cancellation request to hello@parivartan.earth within 24 hours of placing it. We guarantee a 100% refund for products that have not been dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee cancellations for orders already underway.

4. Can I pay using cash upon delivery?

• Yes, we accept cash payments upon delivery.

5. Can I replace my items?

• We do not have an exchange or replacement policy due to the nature of our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement by contacting us at hello@parivartan.earth. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a photo of the damaged product.
